Biology 484 emphasizes hands-on experience in basic tissue culture and immunoflourescent staining as well as phase-contrast, DIC, epi-fluorescent, and deconvolution microscopy. In addition, an emphasis is placed upon optics, image analysis, and image processing. We are posting images and movies made by students from Spring 2008 and 2009.
